What are your business hours?

We will be scheduled to work Monday through Friday 9:00am until 6:00pm eastern standard time. Business days will not include weekends or holidays. No communication will be made outside these times.

What's the best way to contact you?

Communication is through email or customer service line. Email helps to keep all dialogue between the clients and designer and avoiding discrepancy. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.

What files will I receive?

You will receive a PNG transparent file, JPEG, PDF or MOV (if you purchased a animated flyer) of the finished project that will be sent via email.

What if I'm not satisfied with my design?

No problem! Once your first draft is sent out, you may receive one more revisions included with paid purchase. If you are still unhappy there will be a fee of $10 for a brand new design. Unfortunately once I’ve started on your project, there are no refunds under any conditions. Please read over our policy before proceeding with your purchase. If you have any questions please fill free to email us at contact@creationsandcompany.com before we begin creating your design.

Can I see the design before I pay?

No! You are welcome to look at are portfolio/pre-made template, to make sure are designed style is right for what you like.

How does revisions work?

Logistical changes are include with purchase and can be made upon request. For example: time, date, location, names of event, small color change of what's listed. If the revision is to changing color backgrounds/images surrounding their will be a $10 fee in results of new design.

I need my design ASAP, is that possible to do?

We normally can accommodate your rush order depending on how full our schedule is. However, a rush fee of standard and/or express will be added to charge. We would highly recommend you to take a look at our pre-made templates.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. Graphic Design is a service in which not only paid for designing but time spent as well. If you have any further concerns feel free to contact by email at contact@creationsandcompany.com.

What is your payment options?

Payment options are through a email invoice link via square. No account is needed with square, it will ask for payment information through the link send to your email. Square accepts visa, master card, american express, and discover.
